Junior Talent Sourcer

We are looking for a Junior Talent Sourcer who is passionate about finding the right candidates, exploring non-standard sourcing channels, and building meaningful communication with potential hires.

• Search and identify potential candidates for IT roles
• Use various sourcing channels beyond LinkedIn
• Write personalized outreach messages to candidates
• Communicate with candidates and build long-term professional connections
• Support recruitment processes and candidate pipelines
• Monitor technology trends and roles within the IT industry

• Around 1 year of sourcing experience (IT is required)
• Understanding of IT roles and technology trends (Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, etc.)
• Experience with non-standard sourcing channels
• Strong skills in writing personalized outreach messages
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and build long-term networks
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a multitasking environment
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes
• Experience using AI tools in sourcing and recruitment
• English — B1 (Intermediate)
• Ukrainian — Native
